We get a lot of request to stain staircases after the new home owner takes the home from the builder.They want us to stain the the steps,riser and treads.And then paint the pickets white.Since this a custom staining work a lot of builders don't have the capable man power to do this kind of work,its very time consuming and detailed and doesn't fit production painting.

We are custom home painters and we do perform detailed slow work , we sand everything down first then we carefully tape around the edges not to let bleed through then we prime and wait for it to dry before light sanding again. Then we aplly the finish coats
