in some cases we power wash the fence or deck to be stained or painted

we countersink any protruding nails or screws

power sand all wood decks or fences if needed

repair any damaged wood by either doing carpentry work (replacing the floorboards or any other damaged wood)

at this point we either prime paint the deck or wood or we apply the stain!
